A forty five year-old female para-cyclist from India is denied the opportunity to participate in the 2024 Paralympics despite qualifying. Forced to train on her own, she challenges the sporting system while searching for a coach to pursue her ultimate goal - winning a Paralympic medal in 2028.

"Geeta grew up feeling like an embarrassment, burdened by the societal stigma surrounding her disability. At eight years old, she tried committing suicide but failed. For years, she lived under the shadow of her perceived imperfections, lacking confidence and self-worth."

"This all changed in February 2016 when her nephew received a bicycle as a birthday gift. A thought invaded Geeta's mind : she wanted to ride. This marked the beginning of a love affair with cycling, a journey that started with a simple thought and evolved into a powerful passion."

"Starting with a 200 km goal, she conquered distances of 400 km, 1000 km, and beyond, covering over 80,000 km till date. She became India’s first differently-abled Super Randonneur and a silver medallist at the 2022 Para Cycling Championship. She also completed the 3,651 km race from Kashmir to Kanyakumari."

"At the age of three, a wrong injection given during a high fever changed her life forever, rendering her disabled. Her world became confined, with her family acting as both her support and her barrier."
